NACOA is the cosmetic ingredient brand of LatAm BioEnergy Dominicana SRL. We convert plantation-grown Acacia mangium into biochar in Bonao, Dominican Republic, and serve formulators, brand owners, contract manufacturers and distributors from our commercial office in New York.
Why we built it
Charcoal deserved a supply chain you can audit.
The charcoal used in personal care is largely a commodity: origin undisclosed, documentation thin, sustainability asserted rather than shown. NACOA was created to give formulators the same ingredient identity with a provenance and a paper trail that hold up to a supplier audit.
